Running club meets Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:00-8:30am. This is not an early drop off, all kids must run or walk, no playing on the playground or rooming around will be allowed. Gates are open 8:00-8:10. No kids can join after 8:10.
Goal: The club wants to emphasize healthy living style including nutrition and proper warm up/cool down. It is not about competition but about reaching your personal goals and self-improvement. We will track kids attendance, help them set goals and improve their performance.
